At Centrade Technology Pty Ltd, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping for all our customers. Below is an outline of our shipping policies, including delivery times, costs, and other relevant information.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for all orders within Australia:

• Standard Shipping:
  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days.
  • Standard delivery is free throughout Australia
• Express Shipping:
  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
  • Cost: $89 AUD (flat rate for express delivery).

All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holiday seasons, and carrier delays. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times.

2. Order Processing Time

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

• Shipping Confirmation: After processing, you will receive a tracking number and a shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination address and the shipping method chosen.
• The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
• Standard Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location.
• Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $89 AUD.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Delivery Issues

• Lost or Damaged Items: While we make every effort to ensure that your items are delivered in perfect condition, occasional shipping issues may occur. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at infos@centradetechnology.com.

  We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

• Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal service. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us so we can help investigate further.

6. Delivery Address

• Ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been processed and dispatched.
• If there is an error in the address provided, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to correct it before shipping, but cannot guarantee that changes will be made after dispatch.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can check the status of your order at any time using the provided tracking link.

8. Shipping Delays

• Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, national holidays, or issues with the shipping carrier.
• In such cases, we will inform you promptly and keep you updated with any new information regarding the delivery of your order.

9. Customs and Import Duties (for international customers)

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All of our shipments are within Australia. If we start offering international shipping in the future, we will notify our customers and provide relevant information regarding customs duties and taxes.
